What is the rain or weather contingency plan for outdoor ceremonies?
Oklahoma’s weather can be unpredictable, which is why we always have a contingency plan in place. If rain or unexpected weather rolls in, your ceremony can transition seamlessly indoors to our fully climate-controlled reception space—ensuring your celebration runs comfortably regardless of the forecast, while still maintaining its elegantly rustic aesthetic.

Do we need to bring our own rustic decor?
Only if you’d like to! With our inclusive Wedding and Reception package, Clauren Ridge will handle much of the decor for you as we decorate the outdoor ceremony space, tailor your table settings, and customize your cake table.
In addition to these, our rustic elegant venue’s natural architecture will contribute much to the overall look and feel of the day, all on its own. With our thriving vines, oak wine barrels, string lighting, and custom art, the space already feels decorated—before any decor is added at all.
